Counter members can submit a claim to their provider from the dashboard. If you prefer, you can also submit a cliam directly to your insurance provider and search for it from our system, just have your policy # ready!

You can start submitting claims from our dashboard 30 days after sign up!
Once we determine your elligibility we will deposit the funds into an account you can access from the dashboard. From there you can withdraw funds to send towards the payee. We can also send the money directly there for you!
How long does the process take. Typical time from claim submission on our platform to payout is 7 days, but time can vary if more information is needed to process your claim.
