Tracking Claims #

The Claims Page #

You can track your claim’s status via the Claims page. The page displays all claims connected to the account providing information such as Claim #, Payer, and Status.

Expand claims by clicking the View button to display more information or download a pdf version of your claim.

If you imported a claim from your insurance provider, you could also view it here. Claims brought over from another provider will be noted as “imported” underneath the Origin column of the claims table.

A simple format pdf of these claims can be made available by clicking the View button at the end of the column.
